How the templates work
Same idea across every kit — a small set of editable files you open and fill in.
1. Buy on Etsy or Gumroad
Every template is sold through an existing storefront. You pay there once and download your files immediately.
2. Open in your editor
Documents come as PDF, Word (.docx), and Markdown. Trackers come as .xlsx with simple formulas — no macros, no plugins.
3. Fill in once, reuse forever
Each kit is designed to be set up in about 20–30 minutes, then reused for the next client, event, or season.
4. Keep your money back if it's wrong
Gumroad purchases have a 14-day refund guarantee. Etsy purchases get a fast fix or refund if a file won't open.

Frequently asked questions
Quick honest answers.
What file formats do the templates come in?
Documents come in PDF (read or print), Word .docx (Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Pages, LibreOffice), and Markdown .md (plain text for Notion, email, notes apps). Trackers come as .xlsx that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice Calc. No Canva, no paid apps.
Can I edit the files?
Yes. Every document is meant to be edited. The Word and Markdown formats are the editable ones; the PDF is for reading on screen or printing.
Can I resell or share the templates themselves?
No. The license covers using the templates for your own work and sharing filled-in versions with your own clients, customers, or tenants. It doesn't permit reselling or redistributing the template files (edited or unedited).
Do you offer subscriptions?
No. Buy once, use forever.
What's the refund policy?
Gumroad purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee — reply to the Gumroad receipt email or use the support link on the receipt to request one. Etsy is digital-download, so returns are not accepted — but if a file is missing or won't open, we'll fix it fast or refund you. See the Refund policy for the full side-by-side, and the Contact page for how to reach us.
Are these legal or financial documents?
No. Every template is described as a practical organizing tool. The site and the listings say the same thing — not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. For real legal questions, please talk to a qualified professional where you live.
